What happens if my existing payout provider is not providing an export of my data?
Always remember, you have the right to collect your own data from existing payout provider.
Do you recommend importing recipient data or asking recipients to give information again?
Trolley has systems in place to help you import all your recipient-related data without any impact to your recipients. However, due to changes in recipients’ personal lives, data may have changed, and we recommend collecting banking and tax info from recipients again with Trolley.
What if we already have fraud detection tools?
Trolley will help you align the cutover to a time that makes sense. You can use a free sandbox account to build and test at your end before deploying. Once everything is ready you can move to production and there will be no disruption in service. We also have plans in place for doing internal training, running pilot batches, and communicating with recipients to ensure zero disruption in service.
